Know Your Audience: Who is Going to Read Your Resume?
There are at least three audiences that will review your resume: HR Professionals (ATEC), Hiring Managers (ATEC), and the Civilian Personnel Advisory Center (CPAC):
Study the job announcements, paying close attention to duties, responsibilities, qualifications, education, and required documents. Make sure to tailor your resume to the job you are applying to.
